face. Browse through our Calendar
of Events (click above) and we are sure
you will fine any number of performances
which would make wonderful gifts
and at marvelously affordable prices.
And of course, as always, the Center is
the home of over a hundred Conservatory
of Music concerts each season, many of which are
actually free. Likewise, the MainStage and Thesis Productions of the
Brooklyn College Theatre Department are
theatrical events always worthy of a
night out. All of these

Regular Box Office Hours:
Tuesday through Saturday, 1pm - 6pm and 1 hour before all ticketed
performances. You can always purchase tickets any time
securely on-line here -- just click the Tickets.com icon in the event panel
of any listed event.
You can also purchase tickets for some
events and at our sister
site,
www.BrooklynCenterOnline.org.

Parking at Brooklyn Center
is
an amazingly low $5 and is available for
many of our shows. Although we do
not offer parking for every event,
the Target Triangle Mall with
entrances on both Nostrand and Flatbush
Avenues, offers paid parking seven days a
week until 12m. Carefully note the
posted information at their parking lot
as the rates vary by day and length of
stay.

Notice that we now
proudly display the Renewable Energy Certificate, Eco-Friendly
and the Green Power Partnership insignia. We
have chosen a web provider that has converted their entire
electronic infrastructure to fully wind-generated electricity.
In
addition, City University of New York/Brooklyn College now
proudly ranks among the top 20 colleges and universities in the US
who are the largest purchasers of all the Green Power Partners.
The combined green power purchases of these organizations amounts to
more than 1.4 billion kilowatt-hours of G-Power
annually; this is equivalent to the amount of electricity needed to
power more than 121,000 American homes annually.
These Renewable Green Energy Partners annually prevent the release of 2,660 metric tons of carbon
dioxide from entering the atmosphere while the estimated yearly benefit to the
environment is equivalent to planting ~2,390 acres of trees or not
driving 6.1 million miles.
