The house carries ten RTS headset units including the FollowSpots, and of course some units can be looped thru at any of the above hard-wired stations for a configuration that best meets the needs of the company. For the unusual show which might require more than our compliment of headset units, you can bring in additional sets as long as they are compatible with the three wire, dual channel RTS system. You must clear this with the Center's Sound Director, Chet Green before-hand so as to insure direct connection compatibility.
All communications with the Front of House Manager is done
via mobile radio (154.570 MHz) rather than the stage comm system; the FOH
Manager is in communication with our House Stage Manager and any changes that
might be necessary to communicate to him should be given to our Stage Manager.

Our House Manager should be given running times for each Act and
appropriate times for late seating as much in advance as possible. There
is a general House Policy for late seating pauses but we understand that each
show will have variables; we will be happy to work out any of these particulars
with our clients well in advance of the show date.
The Center's House Manager gives the final okay for the opening curtain
"GO," both at the top of the
show and for each Act after each Intermission. The Center also has the
last word as per our House Manage, as to the length of the intermission based on
the size of the audience. The usual time for major shows will be
approximately 20 minutes. Occasionally this may be altered
depending on audience size and other factors.

Although starting as close to the published curtain time as possible is very important to us and is always our goal, our House Manager has the last word vis-à-vis holding curtain time for house emergencies. He will communicate any changes to the our Stage Manager should such a change be necessary. Likewise, it is imperative that any emergency holds or changes Backstage be communicated immediately to the Front of House through our Stage Manager.
